Tomons Swing Arm Desk Lamp

What can I say about my shopping experience of of this product; except to say it was excellent!Firstly, the lamp itself is packed in a cardboard box that is very sturdy and in turn is packed inside an box. Inside the lamps box lid underside, are all the directions one needs to put the lamp together (no tools required). Assembly is a no brainer following the pictorial instructions and it took less time to assemble than it did unpacking the lamp.Secondly, the lamp itself is as good as the pictures portray; quality in the parts and in the finishings. The lamp looks smart, beautiful and provides tremendous value for the moneyt.And finally, should one have a problem, their after sales support is quick, professional and designed to ensure customer satisfaction. I had a minor problem with my lamp and Tomons ensured it was promptly and quickly resolved. In addition, they kept me informed throughout the process. The service provided was very refreshing.This is a purchase that will put a smile on your face...

Promptly received from as usual. Great desk lamp, as seen on video attached, takes less than 5 minutes to put together. Consists of 4 movable parts made of wood and solid heavier base for stability. Comes with quite long power lead I think around 2-3 meters which should be long enough for most of people. You will need to purchase screw lightbulb separately, please be aware that it can take lightbulb 40W max but most now are LED which are usually less than 20W so this should not be a problem. Overall a great lamp for things like reading or other purposes. Only downside I can think of is that if you readjust it a couple of times you may need to constantly tighten it up at joint areas that really it really.

This is a great lamp, I purchased 2. They are very easy to put together and look very nice. Only one small flaw, I wish it was as adjustable as it looks. Adjustments are very limited. Regardless I love them just the same.

This lamp was a great buy! We purchased in green and it really adds a finishing touch to our office. The wood accents make a great detail, the cord and lamp head are pleasing. The lamp offers a nice bright light without being a spot light. Not only has the lamp inspired my husband to finally clean up his desk, but the customer service from Tomons was above and beyond. I ordered a second one by accident and they quickly refunded me, and they honored a coupon I could not get to work. No pulling teeth - Tomons rep, Isa, was pleasant, responsive and efficient. This little lamp has definitely brightened our lives!!

The Tomons Wood Swing Desk Lamp is much larger than I expected it to be and it is also much better made than many desk lamps out there. The lamp comes in three colors, White, Black and the Green which I chose.When I had read that the cord was made of nylon, I didn't quite know what to expect. But, this cord is made more like the heavy duty cords that they made many years ago. I was actually very impressed at the quality of not only the lamp, but the cord also. I haven't seen a cord this well made since I was a kid.The base and the lamp cover is made of a heavy iron metal that will not get dented easily. The wood arms give this lamp a very nice look. And also.... the materials used in this lamp are pollution free!!!UpDate!Be sure to loosen the wing nuts when you are moving this lamp up and down to different positions. I have seen where a lot of people are having problems with their lamp not staying up. Mine hasn't moved since the day we put it together. We even moved this lamp from Florida to Pennsylvania and it still hasn't given us any problems.This lamp comes unassembled but you can check out our video to see how easy this is to put together. It was less than 3 minutes before I had it completely put together.
