SHW Height Adjustable Standing Desk

Loving my new standing desk. I many, I spend way too long at my desk, and once I made the decision to get a new desk, I had the idea to go with a standing desk. Having not used one before, I knew that there was a chance that I may not enjoy standing while I work, so I looked for a "value" option, and the price point of this desk hit the mark.To be clear, I don't think that this desk is anything less than many of the higher priced unit, in fact I suspect that they are all very similar, it's jus that this one was priced to sell!It took some assembly, but as long as you are capable of building furniture, you can build this. It comes in one box, that is heavy, you may want some help to get it into the destination room (build it in place!)I had great follow up from the seller, making sure that all is good, and yes, all is good. I've had the desk for a couple of months, and go between sitting and standing fairly frequently during a day of working from home. To date I have had no problems, and I am very happy with it.My setup is 3 screens, all on mounts, a laptop, on one of the mounts, and a Mac Mini mounted underneath.

This standing desk was so much less expensive than others on . I was suspicious of the quality given the price but read all good reviews. When I unpacked the item and began assembling it, I could tell some of the hardware might have already been used or tested before. Some of the white paint was brushed off where some of the screws went. Despite that, everything went together in about an hour and worked when plugged in. Motor, and control panel and some of the metal desk parts all appeared to be fresh parts wrapped in cellophane. Assembly was straightforward and I did it myself. The seam in the top doesn't show at all on the oak version (others complained of a visible seam in the darker desktops). The laminate wood grain looks quite real, has a wood like texture and man made scrapes and imperfections built into the wood to make it look authentic. My only small qualm is the digital display measures in metric. As a US customer, inches would have been more helpful and there is no way to switch it per their customer support. That fact should be in the review! Luckily the memory remembers 4 heights. The one thing I LOVED that the listing didn't indicate was a wire organization grommet is built into the desktop, and they also include several velcro strips to organize wires. The motor operation is relatively quiet. It raises slowly with a short press and lifts or lowers quickly at a long press. This desk makes my home office look really professional and I have ample room for two monitor stands, laptop, docking station, mouse pad, keyboard, a notebook, beverage, and a pencil cup. I'm not sure this could be used with three screens without a monitor arm. I can't believe this costs so little for what it is! My old desk was too short and killed my back. I'm so happy to have ergo height while working! Get this desk!

Excellent product, well packaged, easy to install, each component was labelled to facilitate its installation, which was quick also. Manual does not refer it, but you will need a screwdriver, anything else needed, is in the box. The desk looks like a million bucks desk. The mechanical system and height controller are fantastic.

Desk was awesome and definitely worth the price. Took me 35mins to assemble everything. They also give you extras just in case. Very sturdy. I'm very pleased overall and happy I didn't have to pay 700$ and more for it. My only critique would be that when I assemble the desk. I realized that there was a little separation which does not bother me but might be annoying for others. You can see it on the pictures. Other than that. I'm in move with my new desk and very satisfied.

After one day of working from home as a result of COVID19, I realized that I was going to need to prioritize getting a standup desk to replace my big old desk. I've been using one at work for a couple of years now and I love it.This arrived in a couple of days, and I was able to assemble it between a couple of conference call meetings. I'm able to fit my iMAC company laptop, and a monitor on with a comfortable amount of workspace.Works great, my back thanks you.
